Resources & Fact Sheets
Tangaroa Blue Foundation has developed many free resources available to download to help guide you on your beach clean-up, identify debris and submit data to the Australian Marine Debris Initiative (AMDI) Database
Clean-up data and collection
On this page you will find resources to assist with your clean-up and data collection, including videos on how to use the Australian Marine Debris Initiative (AMDI) Data Collection App.
To help our volunteers record data into the AMDI App, Tangaroa Blue Foundation joined forces with the WA State NRM Office and the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority to create a series of three educational videos on marine debris and how to get involved in the Australian Marine Debris Initiative.
If you are keen to run your own beach/river clean-ups check out these videos below for hints and tips on how to make it fun and do it safely.
A huge thank you to all the stars of the videos and to the WA State NRM Office and Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority for funding this program.
