What: Bustard Bay Community Beach Clean-Up

About: We will meet at the shelter area of the campground at 8 am for registration and then proceed to remove debris from the beach area in front of the camping ground. We will then sort and count the debris to be entered into the AMDI Database.
Please be sure to bring a hat, sun-safe clothing, closed-in shoes, and a water bottle. Top-ups will be provided.
We would like to acknowledge the Port Curtis Coral Coast people, the Bailai, Gurang, Gooreng Gooreng and Tarabilang Bunda as Traditional Custodians of the land on which we meet and would also like to pay our respects to the elders both past, present, and emerging.
How to get there: Here is a map of the campground. The Eurimbula Creek camping area is in Eurimbula National Park, 14km west of Agnes Water. You can access the camping area by high-clearance 4WD vehicle.

GPS location is Zone 56J, Easting 382719 and Northing 7326110.
Map location is latitude S24º10’23” and longitude E151º50’43”.

From the Agnes Water township, follow Round Hill Road south-west for 10.5km.
Turn right into Eurimbula Road and travel 3.4km to the park boundary.
Drive 2.3km and continue straight on Eurimbula Road.
The camping area is 8km along this road, at the end of a sand track.
