Nanum Wungthim Land & Sea Rangers invite you to the Pennefather Beach Clean-up 2025!
When: 29th September – 10th October (if travelling with us from Cairns 27th Sept – 12th October).

Join us for an adventurous multi-day clean-up trip to Pennefather Beach, Cape York.
Pennefather Coast stretches south some 50km to Duyfken Point, but with many hands, makes light work!
And the reward…A combination of camping, bonfires, fishing and Ranger activities as part of the Indigenous Rangers Coastal Clean-Up & Nestor Programs.
Building stronger community relationships through the COASTAL CLEAN-UP PROGRAM promoting awareness on the impacts of GHOSTNETS & MARINE DEBRIS on our beautiful beaches.

Please note that with the closure of beach access due to the “Turtle Nesting Season” conditions will still apply, however you will still get to enjoy all our beautiful Western Cape has to offer.
