Curtis Island – Great Barrier Reef Clean-up 2025

Join us for the Curtis Island – Great Barrier Reef Clean-up.

Lend a hand at our big community beach clean-up Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th October – everyone’s welcome!

When: Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th October 2025 | 7:30am – 3:30pm
Where: Curtis Island (barge transfers and camping included, or join us for a day trip on the ferry)

Volunteers will work alongside local partners to remove marine debris from iconic sites including Stone Hut, Joey Lees and Turtle Street, while enjoying great company, community spirit and hearty meals thanks to the support of our partners. Camping, barge transfers and meals are all covered by Tangaroa Blue Foundation and our partners.

The Great Barrier Reef Clean-up is a flagship initiative of Tangaroa Blue Foundation’s ReefClean program, funded by the Australian Government.
