ReefClean: Baku (Cape Kimberley) Community Clean-up, Daintree, QLD
Do you want to help protect Far North Queensland’s stunning beaches and marine life?
Make waves of change and join us for our ReefClean community clean-up in Cape Kimberley, on the traditional lands of the Eastern Kuku Yalanji people in the beautiful Daintree. Along with other volunteers, you can make a practical contribution to the health of the marine and coastal environment of Far North Queensland.
What: ReefClean Cape Kimberley Community Clean-up
When: Wednesday 23rd July | 10am-3pm

Where – Meeting Points:
- Daintree River Ferry Terminal – Southside: 9:30 am (if you require a ferry pass)
- Cape Kimberley car park: 10:00 am
Limited spaces for transport with us from Cairns/Port Douglas are available. Get in touch with Lucy to secure a spot.
Let us know your meeting point and if you have any dietary requirements, as we provide lunch on the day.
Volunteers need to wear enclosed shoes, bring sun/rain protection, and plenty of drinking water (1 to 2 litres is recommended). We try to ensure that all Tangaroa Blue events are free from single-use plastic, so bring along your reusable water bottle. All equipment and drinking water top-ups will be provided.
