AIMS is the largest industry body in the Australasian region for professional marine surveyors and the second largest marine surveyor body in the world. We are a not-for-profit membership-based Institute which allows our members access to a wealth of knowledge, training, support, and professional accreditation.
We facilitate the link between recreational and commercial industry consumers and qualified, reputable professional surveyors that adhere to strict codes of conduct and ethical behaviour. With over 450 members based around Australia, New Zealand, and overseas, the range of skills of our members is vast and covers all facets of the Marine Surveying Industry.
