As part Fishcare's Litter Warriors program, they are teaming up with 3199 Frankston Beach Patrol to run a beach clean-up and Sustainable Fishing clinic and awareness event!

Meeting point at The Oliver's Hill Boat Ramp, south end of the car park for the 08.55 am safety briefing.

BYO - gloves, litter pickup sticks and your smiles. Litter collection bags provided.

At 10 am we will separate recyclables from rubbish, counting drink containers. Then we’ll weigh recyclables and rubbish to collect valuable data for litter source reduction.

Beach Patrol are also looking at conducting our first 2019 beach & foreshore litter Audit, The Fishing Tackle Litter Audit, then by 10:45am having a Fishing Clinic speaking to what types of rigs and tackle you can use to reduce your impact while fishing at the pier!

Limit rods available on the day, to reserve your fishing clinic spot.
