DESCRIPTION:What: Clump Point, Fish Trap Beach Clean-up\nWhen: Sunday 25th October 2026 | 2:00pm – 4:30pm\nWhere: Meet at the amenities block at the northern end of Porter Promenade, Mission Beach \nRegistration is essential: Please email atalanta@tangaroablue.org to register.\n \nDo you want to join the Great Barrier Reef Clean-up and help protect Queensland’s stunning beaches and marine life?\nMake waves of change and join us for our GBRCU clean-up at Clump Point with Tangaroa Blue Foundation and the Mission Beach community.\nAlong with other volunteers, you can make a practical contribution to the health of the marine and coastal environment of the Reef.\nThis is a family-friendly event with a range of terrain to suit different abilities.\n \nWhat shall I bring?\nVolunteers need to wear enclosed shoes, bring sun/rain protection, and plenty of drinking water (1 to 2 litres is recommended). We try to ensure that all Tangaroa Blue events are free from single-use plastic, so bring along your reusable water bottle. All equipment and drinking water top-ups will be provided.\n \n—\nReefClean is funded by the Australian Government’s Reef Trust and delivered by Tangaroa Blue Foundation.\n
