DESCRIPTION:Join us for our ReefClean clean-up in Cape Kimberley on traditional lands of the Eastern Kuku Yalanji people in the beautiful Daintree.\nAlong with other volunteers, you can make a practical contribution to the health of the marine and coastal environment of Far North Queensland.\nWhen: Friday 3rd May, 2024\nMeeting Points: \nCape Kimberley carpark at 10:00am\nDaintree ferry (southside) at 9:45am (we can provide ferry passes)\nPort Douglas IGA at 8:45am\nCairns Smithfield shopping centre 07:30am (have 3 spots in the car from Cairns or Port Douglas)\nRegistrations is essential: Please email lucy@tangaroablue.org\nVolunteers need to wear enclosed shoes, bring sun/rain protection, and plenty of drinking water (1 to 2 litres is recommended). We try to ensure that all Tangaroa Blue events are free from single-use plastic, so bring along your reusable water bottle.
